Why
Several pain points for both our clients and internal teams needed to be addressed:
- Clients wanted real-time analytics to understand program performance
- Clients wanted control over their discounts to avoid the inefficiencies of back-and-forth emails with our team
- Our internal teams needed better tools to leverage analytics in optimization conversations with clients
- We aimed to scale the business efficiently, onboarding new brands without a reliance on additional headcount
What Happened
I led the product team to design and launch a client portal that addressed these pain points while aligning with our broader B2B strategy. I led workshops and brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams: Customer success, Account management, B2B marketing, RevOps, and more. In just 6 months, we delivered a Minimum Lovable Product (MLP) setting the foundation for scalable product-led growth.

Why
Client onboarding was slowed down by a few key pain points:
- Clients weren’t aware of existing customization options in our internal CMS
- Clients relied on lengthy email chains to customize their verification pages, leading to delays and frustration
- Commercial teams were overwhelmed by back-and-forth requests for small changes
- Onboarding times were long, affecting client satisfaction and limiting scalability
What Happened
As the product lead, I drove the creation of the ‘Integration Editor,’ a self-service tool that enabled clients to easily customize their verification tool and see a preview in real-time. Clients were delighted at knowing customizations existed, and likes seeing the live-preview when they made changes.

Why
Customers faced significant friction in finding the products they wanted. We heard in interviews they also wanted inspiration on what to buy. We needed to:

- Create a more engaging and satisfying user experience to enhance retention

What Happened
We introduced Collections -- a curated showcase of product groups that rotated throughout the day. These collections included tailored themes like “Pasta Party,” tied to current events or holidays, which simplified decision-making for users and created moments of delight.
